About the group.
Firalis Group grew out of Firalis, a biomarker company based in Huningue, on the Rhine at the crossroads of France, Germany and Switzerland. Since then, the Group has grown through the creation and acquisition of companies, each bringing its own area of expertise.
Firalis is founded. It begins coordinating European collaborative research with university hospitals, clinical centres and biobanks.
The research network is reinforced through strategic technology investments and acquisitions, bringing complementary expertise and intellectual property.
The Group acquired the assets of a biotech company holding patents in neurodegenerative disorders and founded Amoneta.
Lodiag is created to detect and measure micropollutants in water and other complex samples.
Firalis sells its majority stake in Firalis Molecular Precision to Janvier Group Biosciences. The business now operates as Precursion, and Firalis remains a minority shareholder.
Firalis acquires BioCellvia.
