The people behind the group.

Firalis Group is led by its founder, Prof. Firat. The Supervisory Board of Firalis SAS provides legal governance, while the Scientific Advisory Board of Firalis provides scientific oversight.

CSO-CEO of Firalis Group

Hüseyin Firat trained as a paediatrician and lectured at the Paris teaching hospitals. He holds a doctorate in immunology from the Institut Pasteur, and held research positions at Généthon and at Novartis Pharma.

He founded Firalis in 2008 and has led the group ever since. He has authored more than 70 publications, and coordinates the SAFE-T, CARDIO-SAVE and HEARTLINC research consortia.
